Terms Of Contract
Location: The fifth Annual Native American Pow Wow and Veterans Gathering will be held at the Huntington Police And Recreational Farm, on Highway 152 South, 10 miles from Interstate 64 in Wayne, West Virginia.  We will be allowed Campfires for the Vendors, Dancers, Drums, and Exhibitors.  Restrooms are available on the premises, as there is ample parking.   Setups may begin on Thursday September 9th 2004, after 4:00 P.M.

Fees:  Set up fees for vendors will be $100.00 for a 10’ x 20’ space for the gathering.  And 10’ x 10’ space for the gathering will be $60.00.  Fees must be paid in full before setting up.  If your set up does not fit any of these guidelines, contact us to discuss your fee. We are limiting vendor spaces to 30 Vendors, Please return your application as soon as possible for a reservation,  Any application that is received after the spaces are full will be returned.  But you will be kept on the list for following years.

The Gathering staff will not furnish any items needed to set up a booth. 

NO REFUNDS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER  

Again this year Due to the Nature of this gathering, and concerns of our vendors that hand craft their own wares and crafts, we will not be allowing Imports of any kind at this year Pow Wow, and will be asked to remove them if they are set up.  Exceptions are Videos, Books, Cd’s, Beads, Flags, and Military Pins that some Veterans Organizations have that set up here.

Deposit:  A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reserved booth space.  With payment on full before setting up.  Make Checks payable to Native American Pow Wow and Veterans Assistance Group, INC., And mail it to Native American Pow Wow and Veterans Assistance Group, INC.  311 Sansom Ave, Wayne West Virginia. 25570.  Complete this contract and send it in along with your deposit.

Liability:  Neither the Event Staff nor the Huntington Police And Recreational Farm, any Sponsor(s), Co-sponsor(s), beneficiary, Volunteer, or any one involved in the setting up running or any persons that has helped in the Native American Pow Wow and Veterans Assistance Group, INC., We will not be liable for any theft, breakage, loss of equipment, merchandise, or any item / items related to the vendors business.  Neither will any of the above fore mentioned be responsible for any injury that may be incurred while on the Huntington Police And Recreational Farm you are entering the Huntington Police And Recreational Farm on your own accord and will, and will not hold any claim against the fore mentioned parties listed above for any accident that may occur while on the Huntington Police And Recreational Farm.  The Vendor assumes all responsibility for any and all personal injuries by them, their associates, and / or employees.  There will be security personnel on the grounds at all times.  Organizers reserve the right to remove or ask any person(s) to leave the grounds at their discretion. Please try to leave cell phones off at this time.  We would rather not see them at all.  Security and Organization will have them in case of Emergency.

You will also be asked to donate one Item for the Auction to be held at the gathering.

Thank you and look forward to seeing all our friends again this year.  Last years Vendors have priority to Vending location, as they have already reserved the spaces from last year. But our Vendors are set up in a circle so everyone sees what is going on.  This event is getting bigger and bigger each year.  So get your Application in early to reserve a good spot.

If there are other people that wish to come with you they are more than welcome, We will have room for them to camp on the grounds,  it is $15.00 for tents and  $25.00 motor homes / trailers.  we have water on the grounds if anyone needs that and we supply the Fire wood for the camp sites.
